Most US orders are shipped within 7 to 10 days of receipt of order. Packages going out of the US do take longer to process and receive. In addition, we are not responsible for any tariffs imposed by the destination country. Due to credit card security and postal issues, we limit the dollar amount on ALL international orders to $150 (USD) and all orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
All Canadian & International orders exceeding $150 (USD) or 4lbs. will be canceled and refunded.

What is your return policy?
We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that have not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 45 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only UNOPENED CDs can be returned for refund or exchange.CDs that are open can only be exchanged for the EXACT same item if they are defective. Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund. Please note:
- We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
- Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping (see below):
- Return shipping fees will apply.
- We will not refund the original shipping and handling fees.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring their return reaches our Returns Center.
Defects
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) and Returns Form securely in a bubble wrap envelope.
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Send the package via the postal service
We will advise you of the return shipping address once your return as been processed.
